Overview

Pull Discipline is designed to work locally without a Pull Discipline account. We do not display ads, build advertising profiles, sell personal data, or use third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.

Information stored on your device

The app stores your training goal, unit and schedule preferences, starting-resistance calibrations, reminder choices, custom routines, workouts, resistance and repetition values, hold times, table-practice rounds, recovery choices, optional notes, and safety actions. This information powers your training plan, history, and progress views.

Optional private iCloud sync

If you enable private iCloud sync, completed workouts and completed table-practice sessions are stored through Apple CloudKit in your private iCloud database. Synced records may include fitness data, optional notes, and a random app-generated device identifier used to preserve conflicting edits. This information is used only for sync and recovery.

Notifications and subscriptions

Training reminders are optional local notifications scheduled by iOS. Subscriptions are sold and verified through Apple StoreKit. Pull Discipline reads your current entitlement to unlock Pro features, but does not receive or store payment-card information.

Sharing and disclosure

Pull Discipline does not share training information with advertisers or data brokers. A training-data export leaves the app only when you create it and choose a destination using the iOS sharing interface. Apple processes iCloud and App Store activity under Apple's own privacy policies.

Retention, deletion, and your choices

Local records remain until you delete selected history, delete all local training data, or remove the app. You can use Pull Discipline without iCloud sync, export your records, disable reminders, and change your unit or training schedule at any time. Deleting local records does not remove copies already stored in your private iCloud database; the app explains this before deletion and disables sync so those records do not immediately return.

Children and changes to this policy

Pull Discipline is a general training app and is not directed to children under 13. If we add a new data use, permission, service, or third-party SDK, we will update this policy and our App Store privacy disclosure before that change is released.
